State and Federal Twin Bill Legislation in New York and Nationwide - This Bill will allow parents of twins, triplets and higher order multiples to decide whether to keep their children together or separate within the classroom. Currently many schools and Principles enforce mandatory separation policies beginning as early as pre-k, contrary to recommendations from the NOMOTC, renown Twin Researchers /advocates such as Dr. Nancy Segal, Dr. John Mascazine and the International Society for Twins Studies. The supporters of the bill feel children should not be placed in classrooms based on their multiplicity but on a case by case basis so the needs of the individual children can be safeguarded.

Those wishing to support our Federal Campaign should do so by signing the New York Petition as they are working along side Senator Dennis Frederickson (who wrote and sponsored the first twin bill in Minnesota) to achieve this legislation.
